Installation on the day was on-time, professional and respectful (they sweeped the site and took away the rubbishes). Excellent guidance, service and installation Jordon was one of the only installers who bothered to do a site visit, really take the time to understand my usage patterns and needs, and not just to try and push the most expensive system on me. Installation was great, with only a few very minor areas that my OCD latched onto that were promptly addressed by the team. Andrew was very helpful to me in dealing with Fronius. Although ultimately I did not need to have my inverter replaced, he helped me navigate the somewhat labyrinthine process Fronius have implemented to claim a warranty repair, even though there was little profit in it for him. Origin Energy had washed their hands of my legacy system once out of warranty, so if you think going with a large company like them will help you, think again. When doing an original install, go with someone like Solarbank in the first place.

Great advice and customer service from Solarbank for the installation of my Tesla Powerwall 2 Solarbank was prompt to respond to my battery needs. The company sent a representative who explained the best solution for a retrofit installation. The sales process was straightforward. The installers were on time, polite and tidied the site after the job was completed. However later in the day I discovered that the Powerwall 2 location was too low to the ground with risk of flooding from next door. I raised the oversight with management, the next morning, the electricians came back and relocated the Powerwall unit further up on the wall clear of any future weather events. Job well done! Their recommended inverter and battery combination was designed to suit our home's 3 phase power supply (unlike some others who ignored this fact and quoted on less-than-ideal hardware). The large battery recommended (19.32kWh) suits our household size and powers our ducted aircon for many hours. Installation was on the agreed date and done professionally by a team of 6 in around 6 hours. All installation has been done carefully and well.

Having used Solarbank previously 3 years ago for our difficult roof top solar installation and referred them to many friends I had no hesitation to approach Solarbank for our battery requirements. Just as I remember, a fantastic seamless experience from initial enquiry, quotation, and explanation of the works. As usual the team lead by Tim, did a great job, arrived on time, did the job without any fuss, cleaned up and took the time to explain the Tesla App and ensured it was fully operational on my device. I did get other quotations and whilst Solarbank were not the cheapest, as an engineer I found gaps in the offerings of their competitors and yes it cost a little more but the job was done right the first time, everything was included and no surprises. I have no hesitation in recommending Solarbank.

If I could give a 6 star review, I would. I cant recommend SolarBank highly enough. From the moment I made contact with Andrew and Tom in the office, to David the site manager who was highly organised, right through to the installers who went the extra mile. Getting the cabling in to the cavity wall was a trial - but they persevered which gave us the result we wanted in terms of location of inverter and aesthetics. You can't go wrong with SolarBank!
